Following mediation for ten hours overtime, it became clear that Unio's collective agreement with the state will be continued and strengthened. The settlement has a financial framework of 4.4 percent.

90 percent of Unio's members in the state voted yes in the referendum on the mediation result.
"Now the work begins to distribute the wage funds in about 200 state-owned enterprises," says chief negotiator Steinar A. Sæther in Unio. The local wage negotiations have a final deadline of October 31.
