Compensation Committee
What does the compensation committee do?
The committee shall assess how much of the local branch's finances should be allocated to remunerating the board, and develop principles/models for how remuneration should take place. The committee shall also consider compensation for the president, vice president, chief union representative and union representatives in the local branch.
How are the members elected?
The committee consists of three members, who are elected for a period of two years. All three should not be up for election at the same time.
