In recent years, Forskerforbundet has organised a May Day breakfast before the parade in Oslo. This year, too, we are inviting members and union representatives to breakfast in our office premises at Tullins gate 2, on Friday 1 May at 10:30–12:00.

The theme for this year's event is Academia at war, focusing on challenges for higher education, research and employees. We are pleased to have Scholars at Risk researchers Iryna Fyshchuk from Ukraine and Rawia Awadallah from Gaza to give introductory speeches.

The event is free, and you are welcome to bring a friend – regardless of membership.

Please register for the breakfast in advance so that we can calculate food purchases.
