Transfer from another union
If you join Forskerforbundet before May 1, 2026, and have a period of notice in another trade union at the same time, you will be exempt from paying membership fees to Forskerforbundet for up to three months. Use the code OPPSIGELSE when registering.
The membership fee exemption includes Forskerforbundet's basic insurance during the same period.
To be granted the exemption, use the code OPPSIGELSE in the comments field of the registration form, and indicate the number of months' notice you have in your old union (OPPSIGELSE 1 / 2 / 3).
The benefit applies only to new members and cannot be applied retroactively. Any membership fees paid will not be refunded.
