The National Council is comprised of 45 representatives from our local branches. In addition, the 8 professional networks are entitled to attend the meetings as observers.

The 10 largest local branches are automatically represented on the National council, with a total of 15 representatives.

The remaining local branches are divided into constituencies. At the Congress every three years, the constituencies elect their representatives for the National Council for the next three-year period. A total of 30 representatives are elected at the Congress.

The total number of representatives on the National Council is 45. 

Local branches that are represented in the National Council decide themselves from meeting to meeting who they want to send as their representative.
