Every year, Forskerforbundet produces salary statistics for various sectors, based on salary information collected from local union representatives and member surveys.

Our salary statistics help you assess your own salary against industry standards, which strengthens your negotiating position. The statistics provide insight into salaries by education, position and sector, and are an important tool in local salary negotiations.
